Sifcos policy of quality is that the organisation, process descriptions and specifications will
follow the content and demands in our quality system to guarantee the company's purposes and future.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY FOR SIFCO AB
Continuous quality awareness in the company and well-educated personal is the basis for our work and it's environmental
aspects.
Knowledge about questions concerning the environment's importance means that there are good
reasons to consider surface layers with Selective Plating as an environmentally preferred method. Selective Plating reduces
the consumption of the nature's limited Resources and the process therefore has environmental advantages over
competitive methods.
Detrimental effects upon the environment will be recognised and minimised. The company's business
will constantly be improved by the continuous awareness of reducing any environmental impact.
This will be carried out through high competence in the company to work with chemicals and
hazardous waste.
The company's business will have the aim and direction that all adverse environmental influences
are minimised when the choice of new process equipment and new suppliers are chosen.
Stipulated aims of the environmental policy will include constant improvement. Statutory laws and
regulations will be adhered to and performance will exceed minimum requirements.
Environmental aims and improvements made within the company will be shared with customers.
Environmental work will be a part of an integrated and natural section of the company's normal
activities, i.e. the environmental questions will be communicated with all employees in direct connection with the day to day
operations.
Environmental assignments will be made clear and fully explained so that the individual responsibility
is evident.
